3. Use of the Platform

Prohibited behavior includes (but is not limited to):

Beauty Buzz maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior.
4. Accounts and Registration
Some parts of the Platform may require account creation or sign-up.
You agree to:
Provide accurate and current information during registration
Keep your login credentials secure
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these Terms, including for posting objectionable content or engaging in abusive behavior.
4A. User-Generated Content, Reporting, and Moderation
The Platform may allow users to create, upload, post, comment on, message, or otherwise share content (“User-Generated Content”).
Users are solely responsible for the content they post.
Reporting Mechanism
The Platform provides a mechanism for users to report objectionable content directly within the app. All reports are reviewed by our moderation team.
Blocking Mechanism
Users have the ability to block other users within the Platform. When a user is blocked:
The blocked user’s content will no longer appear in the blocking user’s feed
Communication between the users will be restricted
The block action may trigger review by Beauty Buzz
Content Filtering and Moderation
We implement content moderation measures, which may include automated filtering tools and manual review processes, to detect and prevent objectionable content.
We act on reports of objectionable content within 24 hours of receiving notice and will remove violating content and take appropriate action against the responsible user account, which may include suspension or permanent removal from the Platform.
Beauty Buzz reserves the right to remove any content at its discretion and to eject users who violate these Terms.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this Platform—including but not limited to logos, images, text, graphics, layout, software, and trademarks—is the property of Beauty Buzz or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from this Platform without our prior written permission.

This Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Beauty Buzz.
We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
